During a live video call with Tia, owner of Love & Light Jewels, you’ll be guided step-by-step in creating your personalized charm necklace, bracelet, earrings, pin, keychain or bridle charm.
Together, we’ll explore our collection of beautiful charms, crystals, and accents, and you’ll choose each piece that speaks to your unique style and story. As we design in real time, you’ll see your jewelry come to life — just like being at our in-person charm bar!

At Love & Light Jewels, orders are packaged by hand with the utmost care, generally within 3-5 business days from your purchase.
Orders are shipped expedited via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
If for any reason your order is delayed or items are sold out, we will contact you via email.
Love & Light Jewels cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping internationally at this time.

Our hope is that you immediately fall in love with your purchase, however due to the nature of a small business, we do not accept returns for a refund on jewelry, outside of damages or defects. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective please email us at hello@lovelightjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you can make an exchange within 7 days of delivery! Shipping costs on exchanges will be at the customers expense.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All products within these categories can be exchanged for another item or store credit. Please contact us at hello@lovelightjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery to begin the exchange process. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
