Curious to know how it works?
1. This appointment is a booking for one person. Within your 15 minute appointment, you can get up to two items welded. If you want more than two items, please schedule two appointments back to back.
2. Arrive 10 minutes early to select your chain and any charm add ons if you desire.
3. We will custom size it to be the perfect fit.
4. Then we weld it together to last forever!
We offer multiple fun and stylish chain options in 14k gold filled, sterling silver and rose gold filled. Bracelet prices range from $60-$80, anklets $65-$85 and necklaces $75-$95. Prices depend on the material and type of chain you select.
We also have adorable connecters and dangle charm options including initials, angel numbers, semi precious stones and much more! These add ons range from $25-$40.
There is a $10 non refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your total. No refunds will be given to cancellations or no-shows. If you need to reschedule, please email hello@lovelightjewels.com 24 hours before your appointment.

At Love & Light Jewels, orders are packaged by hand with the utmost care, generally within 3-5 business days from your purchase.
Orders are shipped expedited via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
If for any reason your order is delayed or items are sold out, we will contact you via email.
Love & Light Jewels cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping internationally at this time.

Our hope is that you immediately fall in love with your purchase, however due to the nature of a small business, we do not accept returns for a refund on jewelry, outside of damages or defects. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective please email us at hello@lovelightjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you can make an exchange within 7 days of delivery! Shipping costs on exchanges will be at the customers expense.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOME DECOR & GIFTS
All products within these categories can be exchanged for another item or store credit. Please contact us at hello@lovelightjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery to begin the exchange process. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
Exchanges must be mailed within 7 days of delivery.
