Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within Canada and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is always expedited with tracking and can take anywhere between 1 - 14 business days depending on where we are shipping to.

How do I track my order?

Every order is issued with a tracking a number that is easily accessed through your order confirmation email. You can also check your tracking by logging into your account.

Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns are easy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can simply complete a return inquiry via email. Once approved, you can exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (in the form of store credit) or return the product for a refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns and exchanges can take anywhere between 7 - 14 business days to be processed.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 30 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Once the item has been received, we will send you a store credit via LLJ Gift Card.

How should I store my jewelry?

Your jewels should always be stored individually to avoid scratches from other jewelry. Store pieces in an velvet pouch, jewelry box or airtight plastic baggy to avoid tarnishing.

What are LLJ's candles made with?

All of our candles are hand made with 100% natural soy wax. Our wicks are either wooden or 100% cotton. We also decorate each candle with genuine crystals and dried flowers or herbs.

I ordered a bracelet and it's too small. Can it be resized?

Absolutely! Simply bring your bracelet in the boutique or mail it back to us and we will remake it to ensure it's the perfect fit!
