At Love & Light Jewels, orders are packaged by hand with the utmost care, generally within 3-5 business days from your purchase.
Orders are shipped expedited via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
If for any reason your order is delayed or items are sold out, we will contact you via email.

Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping internationally at this time.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective please email us at hello@lovelightjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you can make an exchange within 7 days of delivery! Shipping costs on exchanges will be at the customers expense.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
